Place - If the airfield is not on a database such as airnav.com, then we'll need directions and/or GPS coordinates, plus length and type of field.
Date/Time - Also, is there a raindate?
Will there be Food?
What type of aircraft welcome, or restricted? We have a lot of ultralights, light sport, and homebuilts on this list, and if the event does not welcome them, then it probably doesn't belong here.
Organizer's Name and contact information, or website with info on the event or airfield.
Whatever else you think might be useful.
