Fifteenth Annual Wrens O.B. Brown Memorial Fly-in

Friday, May 21st is the "Early Bird Day". There will be a special "bring-your-own-meat-to-grill" meal [for EAA 172 members, visiting pilots, the tractor owners, and their guests], at 6:00 PM on Friday evening.
EAA 172 will provide baked potatoes and salad but bring any sidedishes and desserts you want. Note that there is an Ingles supermarket just across the field if you want to purchase your meat there.
Farm tractor display on the field on Saturday.
Airport attended 24 hours during the Fly-In. All aircraft welcome: Conventional, warbirds, experimental, light planes, ultralight, gyroplanes, trikes, powered parachutes. No landing or tie-down fees.
A small fly-in registration donation will be requested. Free overnight camping. You may stay overnight Saturday to Sunday, May 23rd.
Two restrooms and free hot shower. Motorhomes welcome.
Four restaurants and a motel next to the airport at the end of runways 29L and 29R.
Check the Macon FSS for NOTAMs. There will be Young Eagles flights 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

Arrival Info: Laneys almost always uses Rwy 5 for arrivals and Rwy 23 for departures. Watch for wires on both ends. Be extra alert for departing A/C when you are on final.
